L'apprendimento basato sulle app e l'interazione personale possono andare molto bene insieme. Questo \u00e8 ci\u00f2 che ha fatto un gruppo di studenti internazionali iscritti a <\/strong>CHARM-EU<\/strong><\/a> hanno sperimentato di recente in un'escursione Peek a Szeged, nel sud dell'Ungheria. Il loro coordinatore ha seguito un approccio innovativo per introdurli alla produzione sostenibile di cereali come parte del modulo alimentare di questo programma universitario europeo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quale posto migliore di una fattoria per imparare a conoscere la produzione alimentare? E quale persona migliore per parlarne se non gli esperti del settore? Le interviste agli stakeholder sono un modo efficace per conoscere la realt\u00e0. In questo viaggio, gli studenti hanno ascoltato diversi produttori e trasformatori alimentari per imparare dalla loro esperienza pluriennale nel settore. \u00c8 stimolante vedere una piccola localit\u00e0 ungherese impegnata in pratiche di produzione responsabili, che condivide la propria esperienza con studenti di tutto il mondo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cosa c'\u00e8 di cos\u00ec innovativo in questo viaggio, vi chiederete? Una sfida comune a molti studenti moderni \u00e8 quella di rimanere concentrati per un periodo di tempo pi\u00f9 lungo. (di un video TikTok)<\/del>. Per trasformare questa sfida in una motivazione, il coordinatore ha programmato la sua escursione utilizzando l'app Peek per interrogare gli studenti al termine dell'intervista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • \"Come pu\u00f2 la soia contribuire a risolvere la crisi climatica?\".<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • \"Perch\u00e9 il sorgo pu\u00f2 essere un cereale adatto all'agricoltura del futuro?\".<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • \"Qual \u00e8 il metodo pi\u00f9 sostenibile di reintegrazione dei nutrienti?\".<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Invece di scrivere queste domande su un foglio di carta, il coordinatore ha utilizzato l'applicazione Peek per fornire un feedback istantaneo agli studenti e per creare un viaggio sul campo diversificato (che comprendeva domande a scelta multipla, incarichi sul campo, caricamento di immagini, ecc.) La combinazione di conoscenze specialistiche con un approccio di gamification <\/strong>ha creato un'introduzione indimenticabile di una delle fonti alimentari pi\u00f9 preziose d'Europa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
