C'est ce qu'a constat\u00e9 un groupe d'\u00e9tudiants internationaux inscrits \u00e0 l'\u00e9cole de&nbsp;<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.charm-eu.eu\/node\/1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>CHARM-EU<\/strong><\/a><strong>&nbsp;Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont r\u00e9cemment fait l'exp\u00e9rience d'une excursion du Peek \u00e0 Szeged, dans le sud de la Hongrie. Leur coordinateur a suivi une approche innovante pour les initier \u00e0 la production durable de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales dans le cadre du module alimentaire de ce programme universitaire europ\u00e9en.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quel meilleur endroit qu'une ferme pour s'initier \u00e0 la production alimentaire ? Et quelle meilleure personne pour en parler que des experts sur le terrain ? Les entretiens avec les parties prenantes sont un moyen efficace d'appr\u00e9hender la r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Lors de ce voyage, les \u00e9tudiants ont \u00e9cout\u00e9 plusieurs producteurs et transformateurs de denr\u00e9es alimentaires afin de tirer parti de leurs ann\u00e9es d'exp\u00e9rience dans le secteur.
